Ettore Federici has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna, as well as longstanding experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a prominent role in one of the most important Italian multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Silvia Buscaroli has a degree in Biology & Biological Sciences, like Ettore, obtained at the University of Bologna. She also has a PhD in Biomedical Technologies and a life dedicated to scientific teaching.
In 2019, after years dedicated to research and development, Ettore and Silvia founded MITOCHON: the project became a reality. The company is dedicated to the conception and design of innovative products in the nutraceutical and dermocosmetic fields, with a focus on mitochondrial scientific research linked to the processes of “cellular rejuvenation”.
In 2020, MITOCHON was awarded the title of Innovative Start-up, which defines young companies whose primary purpose is “the development, production and marketing of innovative products or services with high technological value“.
